目前我国交通管理中缺乏科学、合理地确定高速公路限速值方法,现有的限速状况给交通运行带来了一些如“限速值过低、限速不合理”等引起社会关注的问题,因此急需提出适合我国高速公路现状,能解决问题的高速公路限速值设计方法,以满足交通管理需求。本文总结了欧美等发达国家高速公路所使用的限速值设计方法,分析了影响高速公路限速的因素。在此基础上提出并构建了适合我国交通特性的高速公路分段限速值设计方法及具体实施流程。该方法综合考虑了运行速度、高速公路线形、设计速度和交通安全等因素,可合理、科学的确定高速公路限速值。
At present, the traffic management in our country lacks the scientific and reasonable way to determine the speed limit value of the expressway. The existing speed limit condition brings some problems to the traffic operation such as “the speed limit is too low and the speed limit is unreasonable” Therefore, it is urgently necessary to put forward a design method of expressway speed limit that suits the current situation of our country’s expressway and can solve the problem so as to meet the demand of traffic management. This article summarizes the design method of speed limit used in developed countries in Europe and the United States, and analyzes the factors that affect the speed limit of expressway. On the basis of this, this paper puts forward and constructs the design method of highway section speed limit suitable for the traffic characteristics of our country and the concrete implementation process. The method comprehensively considers such factors as operating speed, highway profile, design speed and traffic safety, and can reasonably and scientifically determine the speed limit of the expressway.
