目的 探讨中暑病人热应激蛋白 (HSP70 )及其抗体水平变化和其在中暑发生中的可能作用。方法 应用Westernblot法 ,测定血浆HSP70水平 ;应用酶联免疫反应技术测定血浆HSP70抗体滴度。结果 HSP70在高温中暑组为 42 11.2± 12 86 .2 (积分光密度 )、重症中暑组为 4137.8±12 0 7.5 ,与对照组 (6 0 43.5± 135 4.8)比较 ,差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。中暑病人HSP70抗体水平在 1∶10、1∶2 0、1∶40阳性率分别为 5 4.1%、48.9%、2 1.6 % ,显著高于对照组 (2 6 .7%、13.8%、0 % ) ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 HSP70水平的下降和HSP70抗体的出现在中暑发生过程中具有一定的作用。
Objective To investigate the changes of heat stress protein (HSP70) and its antibody levels in patients with heat stroke and its possible role in the occurrence of heat stroke. Methods Western blotting was used to determine the level of plasma HSP70. The antibody titer of HSP70 was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results Compared with the control group (6 0 43.5 ± 135 4.8), the difference of HSP70 was 42 11.2 ± 12 86.2 (integrated optical density) in severe heat stroke and 4137.8 ± 12 0 7.5 in severe heat stroke group (P <0 .0 5). The positive rates of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) in patients with heat stroke were 51.1%, 48.9% and 21.6% respectively, which were significantly higher than that of the control group (26.7%, 13.8%, 0% ), The difference was significant (P <0. 05). Conclusion The decrease of HSP70 level and the appearance of HSP70 antibody may play a role in the process of heat stroke.
