Gestational diabetes mellitus (gestational diabetes mellitus, GDM) occurs during pregnancy or pregnant women to varying degrees of impaired glucose tolerance. Foreign studies have shown that [1] pregnant women with GDM will have 75% of impaired glucose tolerance or type 2 diabetes within 25 years. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), pregnant women of GDM need to carry out OGTT test (75g glucose tolerance test) 2 months after delivery, and use this as a basis for the reclassification of pregnant women. In this paper, we treat 115 cases of GDM postpartum blood glucose abnormalities and 246 cases of GDM postpartum normal blood glucose pregnant women as the research object, to investigate GDM pregnant women postpartum blood glucose abnormal factors.
