为提高海洋芽孢杆菌B-9987可湿性粉剂(WP)的润湿性和悬浮率,降低其pH值,通过助剂筛选、混料设计试验等方法优化了制剂配方。结果表明:以十二烷基硫酸钠作为该可湿性粉剂的助剂时,助悬浮及助润湿效果明显;通过混料设计试验确定了该可湿性粉剂固体介质的最佳配比(质量分数)为:十二烷基硫酸钠9.54%,轻质碳酸钙83.74%,高岭土6.72%;其预测悬浮率为75.15%,pH为8.62,润湿时间89.40 s,验证试验结果悬浮率为73.13%,pH 8.33,润湿时间100.00 s,二者比较接近。优化后的海洋芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂不需经过高耗能的气流粉碎过程即可达到农药可湿性粉剂标准的要求,可明显降低生产成本。
In order to improve the wettability and suspension rate of Bacillus subtilis B-9987 wettable powder (WP) and reduce its pH value, the formula of the formulation was optimized through additives screening, mixing design test and other methods. The results showed that when sodium dodecyl sulfate was used as the auxiliary of the wettable powder, the effect of suspending and helping wetting was obvious. The optimal ratio of the wettable powder solid medium (mass fraction ) Was 9.54% of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 83.74% of light calcium carbonate and 6.72% of kaolin. The predicted leaching rate was 75.15%, the pH was 8.62 and the wetting time was 89.40 s. The results showed that the suspension rate was 73.13% pH 8.33, wetting time 100.00 s, the two are relatively close. The optimized Bacillus subtilis wettable powder can reach the standard of pesticide wettable powder without going through the process of high energy-consuming air flow pulverization, which can obviously reduce the production cost.
