我厂设计和制造的活门式卸料装置与斜销抽芯、顶杆先回程机构、通用模座相结合的压铸模,与改进前的模具相比有省略抽、插型芯动作,由手动卸料改为自动卸料,缩短压铸工时,提高生产率,减轻劳动强度,不需液压抽芯器等优点。 镜身(图1)由三个侧型芯成形,为提高铸件强度设置三个嵌件,其中a嵌件较长,需设置推杆推动嵌件方能使铸件顺利推出。
