自1983年以来共收治复发性额窦胶囊肿6例，采用了自制螺旋缺口扩张引流管，在彻底清除额窦病变的前提下，扩大鼻额管后插入扩张管，达到了一次手术治愈。6例病人均在术后4～8个月拔除扩张管。经随访3～10年无一例复发。现报告如下。临床资料及典型病例1．临床资料；男4例，女2 Since 1983, a total of 6 cases of recurrent frontal sinusitis were treated with self-made helical notch dilatation drainage tube. In the premise of complete removal of the frontal sinus lesion, the dilatation tube was enlarged after the nasal denervation, which achieved a surgical cure.
