(本刊讯)《钢质海船建造规范》审查会于1981年10月16日至28日在上海金山卫召开。有关院校、科研、设计、生产、检验、使用部门共70个单位203名代表参加。与会代表经过充分讨论和协商,取得了一致意见,认为:1.为适应我国航运事业和造船工业面向世界的趋势,提高船舶及其配套产品质量,对1973年规范进行修改,使其符合国际水平是必要和适时的;2.这次规范的修改,采纳了我国承认的国际公约和有关的政府间特殊规定,引用了国际上通用的国际标准ISO和
