近些年来,中日东海大陆架争端不断升级,对两国关系和整个东亚地区的稳定产生了不利影响。本文拟从国际法角度探讨大陆架纠纷解决的正确途径,提出应综合运用自然延伸、公平和成比例的划界原则来解决该争端。
In recent years, the escalating dispute over the continental shelf between China and Japan in the East China Sea has adversely affected the relations between the two countries and the stability in East Asia as a whole. This article intends to explore the correct way to settle disputes on the continental shelf from the perspective of international law and put forward that the dispute should be settled by comprehensively applying the principle of natural extension, fairness and proportionality.
