糖尿病是一种累及全身多器官的慢性疾病,对心血管系统的影响尤为明显。细胞氧化损伤、脂代谢障碍以及细胞外基质沉积等病理改变均参与在糖尿病导致心肌改变过程中,其中心肌及大血管的纤维化为糖尿病性心肌病的普遍表现,也是最终导致心力衰竭的主要原因。目前对糖尿病性心肌病影像学诊断主要依靠超声心电图及磁共振技术。现就疾病病理改变及各影像学检查的发展加以综述。“,”Diabetes mellitus is a multi-organ disease that is associated with a significant increase in cardiovascular risk.Lipid and glucose metabolic disorders, oxidative stress and myocardial fibrosis are all involved in the pathological process of diabetic cardiomyopathy.In recent years, with the development of image technology, non-invasive imaging techniques such as echocardiography and magnetic reso-nance imaging have been applied extensively in diabetic cardiomyopathy examinations and allow a better measurement of myocardial fibrosis in vivo.This review focuses on the development of non-invasive evaluation methods of diabetic cardiomyopathy, and briefly summarizes rele-vant literature on these imaging modalities.
