对圆形拉力试棒伸长率、断面收缩率的测量,我单位原是用马蹄形磁铁吸住,用游标卡尺测量。然而对有色金属就不能用。现在采用轨道式塑性指标测量夹具,不仅提高了测量精度和工作效率,而且解决了试样断口两端对接不紧密不易固定及易错动问题。该夹具可以用游标卡尺测量任何长度的圆形试样的塑性指标(试样两端带顶针孔)。缺点是对断口斜度过大,表面又较平试样不能使用。但此种断口极少,只在铸造铝青铜ZQA1 9-4中出现过。夹具形状见右图。使用方法: 1 根据拉断后试样的长度,调整导轨压紧螺钉。 2 将断口对接,试样两端顶在夹具两顶尖上,拧紧调节顶尖,便可进行测量。
