目前,我国约有60座210~340米~3中型高炉,占全国高炉总容积的21%左右。这些高炉均属于各省的重点企业,并在今后相当长的时间内仍将起重要作用,是一支不可忽视的力量。根据我国国情,《炼铁技术政策和装备政策》中提出:“炼铁发展以老厂技术改造为主”。因此,如何通过技术改造,提高现有中型高炉的装备水平,挖掘潜力,改善工作条件,进一步提高经济效益,从而达到高产、优质、低耗、长寿的目标,将是本文所要探讨的主要内容。
At present, there are about 60 medium-sized blast furnaces in 210 ~ 340m ~ 3 in our country, accounting for about 21% of the total volume of blast furnaces in the country. These blast furnaces are all key enterprises in the provinces and will continue to play an important role for a long time in the future. This will be a force that can not be ignored. According to China’s national conditions, “Iron and Steel Technology Policy and Equipment Policy” put forward: “Iron and steel development to the old factory-based technical transformation.” Therefore, it is the main content to be discussed in this paper that how to achieve the goal of high yield, high quality, low consumption and long life by means of technological innovation, improving the existing medium blast furnace equipment, exploring potential, improving working conditions and further improving economic efficiency.
