1房价上涨原因探析对于中国房价,媒体讨论非常热闹,一会儿说房价要崩盘,一会儿说还在上涨。国外专业机构研究报告称中国的房地产市场已经到了看似“接近爆炸”的边沿,据有关政府机构公布的数据,全国商品房的价格一直在上涨。涨、涨、涨,这种涨势让越来越多的人感到不对劲,更多的学者站出来论证我国房地产的泡沫论,甚至国内有学者尖锐提出要防止房地产商要挟经济。此时,政府也在不断寻找问题的原因,试图用宏观调控的手段加以调整。
