中学《数学课程标准》(以下简称《标准》)从2000年开始启动编制工作,到目前初步框架已形成,2005年起,新的《高中数学课程标准》将全面实施。人们不仅关心新的方案中所体现新的理念,新设计和新方法,更关心这一新课程能否顺利实施,而数学教师是课程改革的第一实践者,是联系科学家、课程专家的思想与学生间的主要桥梁之一,只有数学教师在数学教育观念上的更新,
The “Mathematics Curriculum Standards” (hereinafter referred to as “Standards”) of secondary schools started the preparation work in 2000 and the preliminary framework has been established. Since 2005, the new “High School Mathematics Curriculum Standards” will be fully implemented. People are not only concerned with the new concepts, new designs, and new methods embodied in the new program, but also concerned about the smooth implementation of this new curriculum. Mathematics teachers are the first practitioners of curriculum reform, and they are the ideas of linking scientists and curriculum experts. One of the main bridges with students is the update of mathematics teachers’ concepts in mathematics education.
