目的:探讨优质护理服务对护理质量及患者满意度的影响。方法:选取2013年12月至2014年12月在我院住院患者800例为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组各400例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在此基础上实施优质护理服务,比较采用优质护理服务前后的护患沟通、基础护理、生活护理等护理质量进行分析。出院时对两组患者进行满意度问卷调查,并进行比较。结果:优质护理服务实施后护患沟通、基础护理、护理技术操作等护理质量评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;研究组满意度为98.50%,对照组为87.75%,研究组满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论:采用优质护理服务能够有效提高护理质量,提高患者的满意度。
Objective: To explore the impact of quality nursing service on the quality of care and patient satisfaction. Methods: 800 inpatients in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into study group and control group with 400 cases each. The control group underwent routine nursing care. The research group implemented quality nursing service on this basis and compared the quality of nursing care such as nurse-patient communication, basic nursing and life care before and after the quality nursing service. At discharge, two groups of patients were surveyed for satisfaction and compared. Results: After the implementation of quality nursing service, the nursing quality scores such as nurse-patient communication, basic nursing and nursing technical operation were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant; the satisfaction rate of the study group was 98.50% and that of the control group was 87.75% Higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The use of quality nursing services can effectively improve the quality of care and improve patient satisfaction.
