用大鼠为实验对象 ,以 Evans蓝渗出为指标 ,观察在长轴突反射实验条件下 ,电刺激足太阳膀胱经承山穴后的神经源性炎症反应的分布。结果 ,刺激侧的爪部、小腿后外侧区及股后外侧区皮肤出现了似循足太阳膀胱经的蓝色渗出 ,对侧无渗出。定量分析显示 ,渗出部位皮肤 Evans蓝含量显著高于对侧同部位和对照组皮肤 (P <0 .0 1 )。内脏器官中 ,膀胱组织的 Evans蓝含量显著高于对照组 ( P <0 .0 1 ) ,其余内脏组织的 Evans蓝含量与对照相比无明显改变。结果提示 ,穴位刺激可引起节段内循经及相关内脏的神经源性炎症反应 ,长轴突反射可能参与了经络活动。
In rats, the Evans blue exudation was used as an index to observe the distribution of neurogenic inflammation after electrical stimulation of the bladder of the sun through the bearing cave under the condition of long axon reflex. As a result, the stimulating side of the claw, posterior lateral leg and posterior posterolateral skin appear to follow the sun through the blue bladder ooze, no leakage on the contralateral. Quantitative analysis showed that the Evans blue content of exudative skin was significantly higher than that of contralateral same site and control skin (P <0.01). In the visceral organs, the content of Evans blue in the bladder tissue was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01), and the content of Evans blue in the other visceral tissues showed no significant change compared with the control. The results suggest that acupoint stimulation may cause neurogenic inflammatory reaction in the intracranial and related viscera. Long axon reflex may be involved in the meridian activity.
