“抓两头带中间”是老师们在数学教学中常用的措施,优秀生和后进生得到老师的指导较多,中间层次的学生往往成为关注的盲点。许多老师认为:只要抓好了两头,就自然带动了中间。对占大多数的中间生来说,其求知欲、创造力、自尊心往往会受到伤害,个性思维品质不能得到充分的发挥,这与教学要面向全体学生是不相符的。因此,我们要给予中间生更多的关注。 “Scratching two heads with the middle” is a common measure for teachers in mathematics teaching.
