伴随着世界经济的不断进步,各国之间的经济合作增强,技术的交流和学习也大大增多,在这种情况下,企业之间的竞争从技术的竞争转变成了人才的竞争。现阶段,企业当中对人才的要求越来越高,要求人才不仅能够具有较强的专业知识,同时还要能够拥有创新和团队精神等。增强企业的人力资源管理,加强对人力资源危机的感知和预防意识,重点分析现阶段我国企业当中人力资源管理的现状,才能有针对性的进行预防工作,不断加强管理,促进企业的长期发展。
