将80例接受放射性治疗的头颈部肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组(康复新液)与对照组(生理盐水),观察患者口腔伤口的愈合情况。治疗组患者Ⅲ级以上口腔黏膜的发生率明显低于对照组,治疗组患者以Ⅲ级以下的反应为主,对照组患者Ⅲ度以上的反应明显增加,治疗组患者在第4、8周时发生严重口腔黏膜反应的几率较对照组更少。康复新液联合小牛血去蛋白提取物可明显降低放射治疗过程中患者Ⅲ级以上口腔黏膜反应的发生率,促进口腔黏膜愈合。
Eighty patients with head and neck cancer undergoing radiotherapy were randomly divided into treatment group (Kangfuxinye) and control group (normal saline), and the healing of oral wounds was observed. The incidence of grade Ⅲ or higher oral mucosa in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The response of patients in the treatment group was less than grade Ⅲ, and the response of Ⅲ degree or more in the control group was significantly increased. The patients in the treatment group were at 4 and 8 weeks The incidence of severe oral mucosal reactions than the control group less. Kangfuxin solution combined with deproteinized calf blood serum can significantly reduce the incidence of grade Ⅲ or higher oral mucosal reactions in patients undergoing radiation therapy and promote oral mucosal healing.
