秸秆气化主要由原料处理系统、生物质气化机组、储气系统和燃气输送系统组成。秸秆是由碳、氢、氧等元素和灰份组成。当秸秆被点燃,只供应少量空气,并且控制其反应过程,就可以使秸秆内的碳、氢等元素不完全燃烧生成一氧化碳、氢气、甲烷等组成的可燃气体。秸秆中大部分能量也都转移到气体中,这就是气化过程。去掉可燃气体中的灰份、焦油等杂质,通过供气系统将其送入农户家中,农民打开阀门,点燃燃气灶
