目的探讨经尿道等离子前列腺电切术(PKRP)对前列腺增生(BPH)患者的治疗效果和病理学指标的影响。方法将湖北江汉油田总医院2015年6月-2017年3月收治的140例BPH患者作为研究对象,按奇偶数法将其分为观察组与对照组,各70例,观察组采用PKRP进行治疗,对照组采用常规开腹术,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的手术时间、出血量、排气时间及住院天数等指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而且观察组的前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、最大尿流速(Qmax)、残余尿量(RUV)等病理学指标也较对照组出现了显著改善,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PKRP治疗BPH患者具有十分显著的效果,明显优于传统的开腹术效果,有效改善了患者的临床病理指标,缓解患者的临床症状,提高了患者的生活质量,促进了患者的预后恢复,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of transurethral resection of plasma prostate (PKRP) on the therapeutic effect and pathological parameters in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods A total of 140 BPH patients admitted from June 2015 to March 2017 in Jianghan Oilfield General Hospital of Hubei Province were enrolled in this study. They were divided into observation group and control group according to the even and odd number method, 70 cases each. The observation group was treated with PKRP , The control group using conventional laparotomy, the two groups of nursing effect. Results The operation time, bleeding volume, exhaust time and days of hospitalization in the observation group were all better than those in the control group (P <0.05), and the scores of IPSS, Qmax), residual urine volume (RUV) and other pathological parameters were also significantly improved compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion PKRP treatment of BPH patients has a very significant effect, significantly better than the traditional effect of open surgery, effectively improving the patient’s clinical and pathological indicators to alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients and promote the prognosis of patients with recovery, Worth clinical application.
