目的分析3D打印技术辅助治疗成人锁骨骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析安徽医科大学第一附属医院创伤骨科2016年12月至2017年12月利用3D打印技术辅助手术治疗的21例锁骨骨折患者的临床资料,记录21例患者围手术期指标,术后随访6~14个月,比较患者术前、术后10d及末次随访时肩关节疼痛VAS评分及肩关节功能Constant-Murley评分的差异。结果21例患者平均手术时间(42.62±8.75)min,术中出血量(48.57±19.82)mL,本组21例患者均获随访,随访时间6~1
