本文叙述S波段400W固态发射机组件及有关高功率合成器的探索性研制和测定的情况。该组件工作脉冲宽度在占空因数为10%时可高达50μs,工作效率达30%。还研制了一个16路高功率合成器。将组件组装到合成器上可获得一个5kW的实验型发射机,增加合成器的端口可获得更高的功率电平。
This article describes the S band 400W solid state transmitter components and related high-power synthesizer exploratory research and determination of the situation. The component’s operating pulse width up to 50μs at duty cycle of 10% and up to 30% efficiency. Also developed a 16-way high-power synthesizer. Assembling the components onto the synthesizer results in a 5kW experimental transmitter, increasing the synthesizer port for higher power levels.
