[目的]分析多主题书写表达法在无书写能力受损急性脑出血病人中的应用效果。[方法]选择88例急性脑出血无书写能力受损病例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各44例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用多主题书写干预,对两组干预后的各相关观察指标进行比较分析。[结果]观察组急性脑出血观察病例干预后的焦虑与抑郁评分、自我感受负担、屈服应对评分均显著低于对照组,面对与回避应对评分则显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]对急性脑出血康复期无书写能力受损病例实施多主题书写表达法干预,可显著降低该类病例的焦虑抑郁情绪和自我感受负担,改善疾病应对方式。
[Objective] To analyze the effect of multi-theme writing in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage without written ability. [Method] 88 cases of acute cerebral hemorrhage without writing ability were selected as research objects. According to the random number table, 44 cases were divided into observation group and control group. The control group received routine nursing. The observation group was added on the basis of the control group Multi-theme writing intervention, the two groups after the intervention of the relevant observation indicators for comparative analysis. [Results] The anxiety and depression scores, self-perceived burden and yield response scores of the observation group after acute cerebral hemorrhage were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the scores of face-to-face and avoidance responses were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The intervention of multi-theme writing and expression method in patients with impaired writing ability during the convalescence of acute cerebral hemorrhage can significantly reduce the anxiety, depression and self-bearing burden in such cases and improve the way of coping with diseases.
