目的:探讨慢性肺心病患者急性期血清脑钠肽(BNP)与血沉(ESR)的相关性。方法:选取2015年2月至2016年2月佛山市顺德区北滘医院收治的慢性肺心病急性期患者30例为观察组,均给予对症治疗,同时选取同期入院体检的健康志愿者30例为健康组,对比治疗前后两组BNP、ESR及D-二聚体(D-D)水平,同时分析慢性肺心病患者急性期BNP、ESR、D-D之间的相关性。结果:治疗前,观察组BNP(1.58±0.13)ng/m L、ESR(28.27±0.24)mm/h、D-D(0.54±0.15)mg/L明显高于健康组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组BNP(0.44±0.09)ng/m L、ESR(23.20±0.15)mm/h、D-D(0.36±0.10)mg/L与健康组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);相关分析显示BNP与ESR、D-D呈显著正相关(r1=+0.964,P1<0.05;r2=+0.953,P2<0.05),ESR与D-D呈高度正相关(r=+0.821,P<0.05)。结论:慢性肺心病患者急性期血清BNP水平明显升高,而ESR加快,且血清BNP与ESR呈显著正相关性,可作为临床诊断慢性肺心病的有效观察指标。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods: From February 2015 to February 2016, 30 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease admitted to Beibei Hospital of Shunde District of Foshan City were selected as the observation group and given symptomatic treatment. 30 healthy volunteers were enrolled in the same period. The levels of BNP, ESR and D-dimer in both groups were compared before and after treatment, and the correlation between BNP, ESR and DD in patients with chronic cor pulmonale was also analyzed. Results: Before treatment, the BNP levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the healthy group (1.58 ± 0.13 ng / m L, ESR 28.27 ± 0.24 mm / h, DD 0.54 ± 0.15 mg / L, P 0.05) There were no significant differences in BNP (0.44 ± 0.09) ng / m L, ESR (23.20 ± 0.15) mm / h and DD (0.36 ± 0.10) mg / L between the two groups (P> 0.05) There was a significant positive correlation between BNP and ESR and DD (r1 = +0.964, P1 <0.05; r2 = +0.953, P2 <0.05). CONCLUSION: Serum BNP levels in patients with chronic cor pulmonale are significantly elevated in the acute phase, while the ESR is accelerated. Serum BNP and ESR have a significant positive correlation, which can be used as an effective observation index in clinical diagnosis of chronic pulmonary heart disease.
