检察委员会是人民检察院实行民主集中制、坚持集体领导的组织形式。然而,随着时代的发展和社会主义法制的不断完善,检察委员会制度在司法实践中也暴露出了一系列问题,影响了其作用的发挥。文章中笔者站在基层检察院视角,结合自身在检察委员会办事机构的工作实际,拟从三个方面分析在目前检委会运行中观察到的一些问题,探讨有待完善之处,并在此基础上提出初步建议。
