针对热带沙漠地区工艺水池的设计,本文总结了环境与温度特征,研究了温度作用的影响因素和温差计算方法。首先分析了结构分缝对温度应力的影响,并推导出伸缩缝最大间距的计算公式;然后基于一维热传导理论,按照有隔热层和无隔热层分别进一步推导了壁面温差和中面季节温差的计算公式,并绘制了温差与壁厚的关系曲线;最后对非洲某国的复杂水池进行有限元计算,通过对温度作用引起结构内力的分析,可得出温度作用是影响热带沙漠地区工艺水池设计的一个重要因素。
In view of the design of craft basin in tropical desert area, this paper summarizes the characteristics of environment and temperature, and studies the influencing factors of temperature effect and the calculation method of temperature difference. Firstly, the influence of structural joints on temperature stress is analyzed and the formula for calculating the maximum distance between expansion joints is deduced.
