石化企业的设备一般都超高、超大,钢结构设备几乎都安置在露天中,大多数石油石化的设备都存在着易燃并且易爆的烃类物质,如果一旦突然起火,就会导致升温的速度为之非常迅速。所以,我们必须足够地去重视这些钢结构的防火设计。因此,国内大多使用厚型防火涂料,这使得设备存在容易脱落、使用年限短等问题产生。考虑到超薄型防火涂料具有诸多优点,石化企业有将超薄型防火涂料应用到钢结构防火中的趋势。本文对石化企业的火灾和钢结构及其防火保护进行了介绍,探讨了超薄型防火涂料的研究现状,最后对超薄型涂料的发展进行了总结。

Finally, the development of ultra-thin coatings is summarized.
