得益于中国经济的飞速发展,伴随着以美元为中心的国际货币体系的衰退,金融危机与欧债危机下的人民币始终保持坚挺的姿态,在实现区域化这一目标后,正积极迈向国际化。然而在经济全球化的今天,人民币国际化尚存在很多法律问题,具体可划分为国际化前、国际化中和国际化后三个阶段,每阶段问题各不相同。本文以国际化进程中的法律问题为研究主线,为人民币国际化的尽早实现,建言献策。
Thanks to the rapid development of China’s economy, along with the recession of the U.S. dollar-centric international monetary system, the renminbi under the financial crisis and the European debt crisis has always maintained a firm stance. After realizing the goal of regionalization, it is moving forward globalization. However, in today’s economic globalization, there are still many legal issues concerning the internationalization of the RMB, which can be divided into three stages before internationalization, internationalization and internationalization. Each phase has different problems. This article takes the legal issues in the process of internationalization as the main line of study and offers advice and suggestions for the early realization of RMB internationalization.
