研究了颗粒物料在加入螺旋肋片的回转筒内的传输特性。实验表明:物料在各种参数的肋片筒内的停留时间(RT)总体上符合正态分布曲线,且停留时间分布(RTD)随肋角的增大和肋数的增加而逐渐集中;停留时间和填充率都随着肋角的增大和肋数的增加而减小;回转筒转速的提高和倾角的增大使得RT和填充率减少,而加料量的增加使RT、填充率增大。
The transmission properties of the granular material in the rotating cylinder with the spiral rib are studied. The experiment shows that the RT of the material in the fins cylinder with various parameters generally meets the normal distribution curve, and the residence time distribution (RTD) gradually concentrates with the increase of the rib angle and the number of ribs. The residence time And filling rate all decreased with the increase of rib angle and the number of ribs. The increase of rotating speed and the increase of inclination caused the decrease of RT and filling rate, while the increase of loading and increase of RT and filling rate.
