Poller1970年讨论过一些有机化合物的紫外吸收。文献中对紫外法测定水中二碘二丁基锡(DIBT)没有报导,但从结构看DIBT有可能产生紫外吸收。为此,我们探索了紫外法测定DIBT的条件和机理;测定了DIBT在环己烷和苯酚环己烷中的不稳定常数分别为1.4×10~(-5),5.2×10~(-6),克分子吸收系数分别为1.05×10~4,ε_(230nm)7.25×10~8。方法简便,回收率在90%以上,十次测定的标准偏差为0.01。
Poller’s 1970 study discussed the use of photochromic compounds. In the literature, there is no report on the determination of Dibutyltin (DIBT) in water by ultraviolet spectrophotometry, but it is possible to produce UV absorption from DIBT. Therefore, we explored the conditions and mechanism of DIBT determination by UV method. The instability constants of DIBT in cyclohexane and phenol-cyclohexane were determined as 1.4 × 10 -5 and 5.2 × 10 -6 ), The molecular absorption coefficients were 1.05 × 10 ~ 4, ε_ (230nm) 7.25 × 10 ~ 8, respectively. The method is simple, the recovery rate is over 90%, and the standard deviation of ten determinations is 0.01.
