I. INTRODUCTION With the construction of large-scale or high-rise building projects requiring high stability, the basic dynamic response must be studied in seismic design. In particular, the earth dam, which itself is a soil engineering project filled with earth materials, is required to understand the shear modulus and elastic modulus of the soil, regardless of theoretical analysis or model vibration test when studying its seismic performance.
