在传统的教学观念中学校的主要工作是教学,教学处在学校工作的核心位置。学校是传授和接受知识的场所,但是学校的管理工作同样重要,一所学校必须具有完整的管理体系才能科学地开展教学工作,如果不重视管理工作就可能导致学校无法正常运行。本文对后勤管理模式的优化创新进行讨论,阐述如何改善农村小学的教学环境。
In the traditional teaching concept, the main work of the school is teaching and teaching is at the core of school work. The school is a place for imparting knowledge and receiving knowledge. However, the management of a school is equally important. A school must have a complete management system to carry out its teaching scientifically. Failure to attach importance to management may result in the school not functioning properly. This article discusses the optimization and innovation of logistics management mode, and explains how to improve the teaching environment in rural primary schools.
