去年10月在大连举行的全国足球工作会议上,出台了推动娃娃足球的举措,向全国100所足球重点学校拨足球专款,在天津、北京等城市建设100块小型足球场。这些举措,球迷们在欢欣鼓舞的同时,也感到几分隐忧,这就是中国足球的发展重城市、轻农村;抓城市小孩,忽视了农村娃娃。中国有11亿多人口,8亿多在农村。中国足协在制定新的举措的时候,是否看到了这一点?想当年,毛泽东等老一辈无产阶级革命家夺取政权的时候,走的是农村包围城市的道路,邓小平同志制定改革开放政策时,同样把农村作为改革的突破口,蜚声世界田坛的马家军队员,也是大部分来自农村。以上事实都说明,中国足球要彻底翻身,必须把农村娃娃包括进去。但是,足球还没有普及到广大农村,大多数的农村孩子也不知道足球是什么东西,他们只能看个电视足球转播。每当我看到成群的农村娃娃围在一起打扑克,心里就有一种说不出来的味道。如果我们稍加引导,他们就一定会迷上足球。如果是这样的话,我们会增加多少足球人口?
