企业竞争归根结底是属于人才的竞争,人力资源作为企业核心资源,是决定其企业成败的关键,因此科学管理企业人力资源,依靠人才提升企业竞争力是每个企业发展壮大的必然选择。企业政工师的思想政治工作与人力资源管理联系紧密,政工师自身修养决定其思想政治工作成效,进而影响企业人力资源管理工作。本文浅述企业政工师自身修养对人力资源管理的影响及相关建议。
In the final analysis, the competition of enterprises belongs to the competition of talents. As the core resource of enterprises, human resources are the key to decide the success or failure of their enterprises. Therefore, it is an inevitable choice for every enterprise to scientifically manage the human resources and to rely on talents to enhance its competitiveness. The ideological and political work of enterprise political workers is closely linked with human resource management. The self-cultivation of political workers determines the effectiveness of their ideological and political work, which in turn affects the human resources management of enterprises. This article describes the impact of self-cultivation of enterprise political workers on human resources management and related suggestions.
