经济结构调整、经济发展方式转变需要大力实施创新驱动发展战略,着力在产业创新、技术创新、制度创新上下功夫。世界范围内的经济结构、产业结构调整与方兴未艾的中国经济的跨越发展提供了重大战略机遇。因此,经济发展必须以技术创新、制度创新为引导,强力开动产业创新的马达,实现新突破、新跨越。
Economic restructuring and transformation of the mode of economic development need to vigorously implement the innovation-driven development strategy and focus on industrial innovation, technological innovation and system innovation. The world-wide economic structure, the adjustment of industrial structure and the leapfrog development of the booming Chinese economy have provided major strategic opportunities. Therefore, economic development must take the guidance of technological innovation and system innovation and vigorously launch the motors of industrial innovation so as to achieve new breakthroughs and new leaps.
