钢纤维增强混凝土(Steel Fiber Reinforeed Concrete,缩写SFRC),自1971年起,最初在美国,以后在世界各国的实际工程中应用。本文介绍钢纤维增强混凝土和灰浆的基本性质及在建筑方面的应用。钢筋混凝土中混凝土是脆性材料,只局部配钢筋,以承受拉力。它对开裂、冲击、疲劳等抵抗能力不足,在构造上也存在着明显的方向性。由于SFRC在一立方米的混凝土体中分散混合着几百万根(容积率1~2%)钢纤维,故其增强效果遍及混凝土体的各个部分,使整体显示出延性大的匀质材料特征。
Steel Fiber Reinforeed Concrete (SFRC) has been used in the United States since 1971 and has been used in practical projects in various countries around the world. This article describes the basic properties of steel fiber reinforced concrete and mortar and their application in construction. Concrete in reinforced concrete is a brittle material that is only partially reinforced to withstand tensile forces. It has insufficient resistance to cracking, impact, and fatigue, and it also has obvious directionality in structure. Since SFRC disperses and mixes several million (1 to 2% of volume) steel fibers in one cubic metre of concrete, its reinforcing effect spreads over all parts of the concrete body, making the whole show a characteristic of homogeneous and ductile materials. .
