二十世纪九十年代,我国经济和社会生活发生了重大变化,公路、水路交通事业也取得了巨大成就。在新的世纪,为继续保持交通持续快速健康发展,必须深入总结十年来我国交通事业发展的基本经验,坚定不移地坚持以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,努力实现“十五”交通发展目标,为国民经济和社会发展做出新的贡献。
In the 1990s, major changes have taken place in our economy and social life. Huge achievements have also been made in the road and waterway transportation undertakings. In the new century, in order to continue to maintain a sustained, rapid and healthy development of transportation, we must thoroughly sum up the basic experience of China’s transportation development over the past decade, unswervingly adhere to Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thought of Three Represents and strive to achieve “ten Five ”traffic development goals for the national economy and make new contributions to social development.
