目的调查了解攀枝花市不同生境蚊类种群密度及季节消长情况。方法按《全国病媒生物监测方案(试行)》要求,采用诱蚊灯法诱捕成蚊,并对捕获蚊虫进行分类鉴定。结果 2009-2013年共布诱蚊灯1 200盏,累计捕获蚊虫1科4属5种5 892只,年平均密度为0.42只/(灯·h);致倦库蚊为优势蚊种,占64.69%,骚扰阿蚊17.20%、三带喙库蚊10.43%、白纹伊蚊3.96%、中华按蚊3.71%;全年每月均有蚊虫活动,4-9月密度达到峰值,9月以后开始下降;不同环境类型成蚊密度以公园为最高,达0.54只/(灯·h),其次依次为居民区、牲畜棚、农户和医院。结论攀枝花市蚊种群密度特征和季节消长规律揭示了近年来环境干预的良好效果,建议今后仍要持之以恒地开展以环境治理为主的综合防治措施。
Objective To investigate the population density and seasonal fluctuation of mosquitoes in different habitats in Panzhihua City. Methods According to the requirements of “National vector bio-monitoring program (for trial implementation)”, mosquito-killing lamp was used to trap adult mosquitoes, and the captured mosquitoes were classified and identified. Results A total of 1 200 larvae of mosquitoes were collected from 2009 to 2013. 5 892 mosquitoes belonging to 1 genera, 4 genera and 5 species were captured. The average annual density was 0.42 / (lamp · h). Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus was the dominant mosquito species, accounting for 64.69 %, Aries mosquitoes 17.20%, Culex tritaeniorhynchus 10.43%, Aedes albopictus 3.96%, Anopheles sinensis 3.71%; mosquito activity every month throughout the year, peaked from April to September, after September , And the density of adult mosquitoes in different types of environment was the highest in the park, reaching 0.54 / (lamp · h), followed by residential areas, livestock sheds, farmers and hospitals. Conclusion The characteristics of mosquito population density and the pattern of seasonal fluctuation in Panzhihua City reveal the good effect of environmental intervention in recent years. It is suggested that comprehensive prevention and control measures based on environmental management should be carried out consistently in the future.
