介绍了本钢薄板坯连铸连轧600 MPa级冷成型用BGS600 MC热轧高强度钢板的产品设计、冶炼和轧制工艺、性能及典型应用。研究表明,BGS600 MC热轧高强度钢板除强度大幅度提高外,同时又具有良好的冷弯性能、冲击韧性和焊接性能,可广泛应用于工程机械、车辆等领域。
The product design, smelting and rolling technology, performance and typical application of BGS600 MC hot rolled high strength steel plate for 600 MPa cold forming of Bengang thin slab continuous casting and rolling are introduced. The results show that BGS600 MC hot-rolled high strength steel plate can be widely used in construction machinery, vehicles and other fields in addition to the substantial increase in strength, as well as good cold bending properties, impact toughness and weldability.
