分别合成了以N-二茂铁甲酰基甘氨酸(Fc-CO-Gly-OH)和邻菲咯啉(phen)为配体,以La3+、Sm3+、Gd3+和Er3+为中心的4种稀土三元配合物,通过元素分析及稀土络合滴定确定了配合物的组成为REL3L’.2H2O(RE=La3+、Sm3+、Gd3+、Er3+,L=Fc-CO-Gly-O,L’=phen);配合物的红外光谱、紫外光谱测定结果表明,配合物中N-二茂铁甲酰基甘氨酸根的羧基氧原子和邻菲咯啉的氮原子均与稀土离子配位成键;抑菌实验表明,配合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和伤寒杆菌这3个菌种都有比较好的抑制效果。
Four kinds of rare earth ternary complexes centered on La3 +, Sm3 +, Gd3 + and Er3 + were synthesized with N-ferrocenylformylglycine (Fc-CO-Gly-OH) and phenanthroline , The composition of the complex was determined as REL3L’.2H2O (RE = La3 +, Sm3 +, Gd3 +, Er3 +, L = Fc-CO-Gly-O, L’= phen) by elemental analysis and rare earth complexometric titration. The results of IR and UV spectra showed that both the carboxyl oxygen atom of N-ferrocene formylglycine and the nitrogen atom of orthophenanthroline coordinated with the rare earth ion. The antibacterial activity test showed that the complex was stable against the large intestine Bacillus, Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella typhimurium these 3 strains have better inhibitory effect.
