新年伊始,北京CBD核心区起重机械专家组于2013年1月2日、3日前往抚顺永茂建筑机械有限公司、沈阳三洋重工有限公司考察塔机制造企业生产能力和技术能力,分别与两家企业高层管理人员、技术负责人座谈,并针对正在制定中的“北京CBD核心区塔式起重机工作导则”和“北京CBD核心区塔式起重机管理办法”进行了广泛交流。2012年12月专家组也曾到中国建筑科学研究院建筑机械化研究分院就该工作导则和管理办法的起草征求有关专家意见。
At the beginning of the new year, Crane Machinery Group of Beijing CBD core area went to Fushun Yongmao Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. on January 2 and 3, 2013 and Shenyang Sanyo Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. to inspect the production capacity and technical ability of tower crane manufacturing enterprises, respectively, with two Senior managers and technical leaders of the enterprises and held discussions with them on a wide range of topics such as Working Guideline for Tower Crane in the CBD of Beijing CBD and Tower Crane Management Measures in the Core Area of CBD in Beijing. In December 2012, the expert group also went to the China Academy of Building Research mechanized research branch on the guidelines and the drafting of management methods to seek the views of experts.
