随着国家对于高等职业院校教育的重视,以及社会各界对于新时代高级技术人才需求的强烈渴望,探究如何更好的培养高职生,使学生毕业后能更加符合企业实践的要求就显得更加的迫切。本文从过往的文献入手,发现研究更多是从如何提高高职院校学生的实践能力以及评价高职院校的方式方法角度来分析高职教育的发展,而对于高职生在接受专业实践能力培养后的变化则鲜有研究。本文正是以该视角,重新审视目前各高院的专业实践能力培养是否有效,发现双证书制度以及顶岗实习制度无论对于企业还个毕业生个人,都有着显著性的提高作用。
With the emphasis on higher vocational education in our country and the strong desire from all walks of life for the demand of high-level technical personnel in the new era, it is even more important to explore ways to better train higher vocational students so that students can better meet the requirements of business practice upon graduation Urgent. This article starts from the past literature and finds that the research mainly analyzes the development of higher vocational education from the perspectives of how to improve the practical ability of students in higher vocational colleges and how to evaluate the methods and methods of higher vocational colleges. There are few studies on the changes after capacity-building. From this perspective, this essay reexamined the effectiveness of the cultivation of professional practice abilities of various high courts at present, and found that both the dual certificate system and the internship system have a significant role in enhancing the graduates’ personal status.
