目的研究九子参的化学成分。方法运用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱、重结晶等方法分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从九子参中分离并鉴定了9个化合物,分别鉴定为α-菠菜甾醇(Ⅰ)、谷甾-4-烯-3-酮(Ⅱ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ)、β-胡萝卜苷(Ⅳ)、2-甲基-3-羟基吡啶(Ⅴ)、5-羟基-2-羟甲基吡啶(Ⅵ)、香草醛(Ⅶ)、香草乙酮(Ⅷ)、对乙氧基苯甲醇(Ⅸ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅸ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of nine sub-ginseng. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and recrystallization. The structures of the compounds were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Nine compounds were isolated and identified from nine sub-ginsengs and identified as α-spinasterol (I), glutathion-4-en-3-one (II), β-sitosterol (III), and β-carrot. Glycosides (IV), 2-methyl-3-hydroxypyridine (V), 5-hydroxy-2-hydroxymethylpyridine (VI), vanillin (VII), vanillinone (VIII), p-ethoxybenzene Methanol (IX). Conclusion Compounds I-IX were isolated from this plant for the first time.
