目的探讨磁共振波谱在临床前列腺癌诊断中的价值。方法随机选择8例前列腺正常患者作为波谱对照组,选取前列腺增生患者14例,前列腺癌可疑患者48例,进行MRS波谱检查,分析波谱曲线特征,计算CC/C值,对照病理结果,评价磁共振波谱曲线变化、CC/C值与前列腺癌的关系。结果与正常波谱曲线比较,对于前列腺癌患者病灶区域波谱将出现Cit峰出现不同程度的降低,Cho峰显示不同程度的升高,CC/C值也不同程度升高,其峰值变化范围、以及CC/C值与前列腺肿瘤恶性程度成正比。结论磁共振波谱分析检出代谢物的变化,通过观察波谱变化,以及计算CC/C值,对于临床前列腺癌的早期诊断具有非常重要的意义。
Objective To investigate the value of magnetic resonance spectroscopy in the diagnosis of clinical prostate cancer. Methods Eight normal prostate patients were selected as the spectral control group. Forty patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and 48 suspicious prostate cancer patients were selected for MRS examination. The spectral characteristics were analyzed. The CC / C values were calculated. The pathological results were evaluated. The magnetic resonance imaging Changes of spectral curves, CC / C values and prostate cancer. Compared with the normal spectral curve, the peak of Cit peak showed different degrees of decrease in the lesion region of prostate cancer patients, Cho peak showed different degrees of elevation, CC / C value increased to some extent, the range of peak change and CC / C value is proportional to the degree of malignancy of prostate tumors. Conclusion The change of metabolites detected by magnetic resonance spectroscopy is of great significance for the early diagnosis of clinical prostate cancer by observing the change of spectrum and calculating the value of CC / C.
