目的:探讨综合康复护理对于对促进手深度烧伤患者功能恢复以及生活功能的效果观察。方法:选取2013年1月至2015年1月来湖州市第一人民医院接受治疗的手深度烧伤患者66例,按随机数字表地方法分为观察组(n=33)和对照组(n=33),予以对照组常规的护理方法,予以观察组综合康复护理方法。分别对两组患者干预后的功能恢复情况、瘢痕形成情况以及生活功能进行评估和比较。结果:与对照组相比,观察组的功能恢复情况水平明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的瘢痕形成情况显著优于对照组,同时,观察组的生活功能评分亦优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合康复护理应用于手深度烧伤患者中,其对改善患者功能恢复,加强患者皮肤的恢复以及生活活动功能具有积极的促进作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on functional recovery and life function in patients with advanced hand burn injury. Methods: Sixty-six patients with deep hand burn who were treated in Huzhou First People’s Hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were randomly divided into observation group (n = 33) and control group (n = 33) ), To the control group conventional nursing methods, the observation group comprehensive rehabilitation nursing methods. Functional recovery, scar formation and life function were evaluated and compared between the two groups after intervention respectively. Results: Compared with the control group, the functional recovery of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). The scar formation of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. At the same time, the observation group’s life Function score is also superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing is applied to patients with deep hand burns, which has a positive effect on improving patients ’functional recovery, strengthening the recovery of patients’ skin and living activities.
