以12个玉米自交系为被测系,采用NCⅡ交配设计的原理和方法,研究了9个性状的配合力及其群体遗传参数。结果表明:被测系各性状的一般配合力方差均达极显著水平,98012、98008表现较优,可以进一步利用;98001、98005、98011综合性状较差,需要改良后利用;其余自交系部分性状的一般配合力较优,可用来改良其它自交系或作为选育二环系的基础材料。被测系多数性状的一般配合力方差大于特殊配合力方差,抽丝期、穗长、穗粗、穗行数、容重受遗传因素影响较大,可在早代对这些性状进行选择,而行粒数、百粒重、出籽率、单株产量受环境影响较大。
Using 12 maize inbred lines as tested lines, the combining ability of 9 traits and their population genetic parameters were studied using the principles and methods of NC Ⅱ mating design. The results showed that the variance of the general combining ability of tested traits reached extremely significant level, 98012,98008 performed better and could be further utilized; 98001, 98005, 98011 comprehensive traits were poor and needed to be improved; the rest of inbred lines The general combining ability of traits is better, which can be used to improve other inbred lines or as the basic material for breeding the second ring system. The variance of general combining ability of most traits was greater than the variance of special combining ability. The characters of silkworm, ear length, ear diameter, ear number and weight were greatly influenced by genetic factors, The number of kernels, the weight of 100 seeds, the seed yield and the yield per plant were greatly affected by the environment.
