目的:通过用盲肠结扎法所致大鼠急性腹膜炎的动物模型,观察腹膜炎不同阶段炎症因子的变化情况。方法:50只SD大鼠随机抽取10只为空白组,剩余40只均为模型组。造模后第1,2,4,6天,每次随机从模型组中抽取8只采血,以酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)测定血清TNFa,IL-6,TNF-aR水平。结果:TNF-a先升后降,IL-6,TNF-aR先降后升。结论:用盲肠结扎法所致大鼠急性腹膜炎的动物模型成功;炎症因子不同阶段变化明显;IL-6结果与相关资料不符。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of inflammatory factors in different stages of peritonitis by animal model of acute peritonitis caused by cecal ligation in rats. Methods: Ten Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly selected from 50 Sprague-Dawley rats. The remaining 40 rats were all model rats. On the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 6th day after the model establishment, 8 blood samples were randomly collected from the model group, and the levels of serum TNFa, IL-6 and TNF-aR were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) Results: TNF-a increased first and then decreased, IL-6 and TNF-aR decreased first and then increased. Conclusion: Animal model of acute peritonitis in rats induced by cecal ligation is successful. Inflammatory factors have obvious changes at different stages. The results of IL-6 are not consistent with the relevant data.
