对53例急性颅脑损伤病人采用两种氧疗方法,即高频通气(HFV组)和常规鼻导管(常规组)吸氧法行氧疗的疗效观察及分析.结果表明:HFV组氧疗后30minPaO2、SaO2明显升高,其中64.3%的酸中毒病人通过HFV治疗,pH恢复正常.而常规组氧疗24h后PaO2和SaO2未能得到明显改善.认为:HFV比常规吸氧能更有效、更迅速地改善病人缺氧状况,可作为脑外伤常规氧疗方法.“,”The effects of two oxygen-therapies, high frequency ventilation (HFV) inspiring oxygen and routine nasal catheter (RNC) inspiring oxygen, in 53 patients with acute intracerebral injury were observed and evaluated. It was found PaO2 and SaO2 levels in FHV group were significantly increased 30 min after treated with HFV inspiring oxygen for 30 min, pH of 64. 3 % patients with ocidosis in the HFV group were returned to normal value. While in RNC group PaO2 and SaO2 had no significant improvement 24 h after RNC inspiring oxygen. It was concluded that HFV inspiring oxygen could more effectively and quickly improve the patients' hypoxia, which can be adopted as a normal therapy for acute intracerebral injury.
