[目的]研究麝香、冰片等组成的醒脑静对神经细胞的保护作用。[方法]利用原代培养的大鼠大脑皮层神经细胞,观察醒脑静对抗谷氨酸(10μmol·L-1,3h)对脑细胞的兴奋毒性作用。[结果]醒脑静能减少谷氨酸所造成的细胞内乳酸脱氢酶漏出量,减轻细胞的形态学改变。[结论]醒脑静能够对抗谷氨酸介导的兴奋性毒性,对培养的大鼠大脑皮层细胞具有保护作用。
[Objective] To study the protective effect of Xingnaojing, which consists of musk and borneol, on nerve cells. [Methods] The primary cultured rat cerebral cortical neurons were used to observe the effects of Xingnaojing on the excitotoxicity of glutamate (10μmol·L-1, 3h) to brain cells. [Results] Xingnaojing could reduce the leakage of lactate dehydrogenase in cells caused by glutamate and reduce the morphological changes of cells. [Conclusion] Xingnaojing can resist glutamate-mediated excitotoxicity and has protective effect on cultured rat cerebral cortical cells.
