3月15日,滨州市科技局和惠民县科技局组织山东农业大学、山东省农科院等科研院所专家对山东省惠民县惠星塑料有限责任公司研发的专利产品“惠星牌”新型生态多功能地膜的研制与应用进行了技术鉴定。鉴定委员会一致认为,“惠星牌”新型生态多功能地膜在制造工艺和除草、驱虫、防病、增产、环保等多功能方面,居国内领先水平,建议加大推广应用。鉴定委员会一致认为,“惠星牌”新型生态多功能地膜具有突出的创新点,一是采用独特的配方,实现了一膜双色(银灰色、黑色);二是黑色面使膜下的杂草得不到有效的光照而饿死,除草彻底.而且无选择性;三是上面的银灰反光色和下面的黑色阻光,使土壤理化性状得到明显改善,土壤更加恒定,保湿性能更好,更利于农作物根系健壮生长;四是银灰面具有的反光和驱虫作用,增强了作物叶背面的光合作用,减少了病虫害的发生;五是采用先进工艺,实现了节能、环保、增产、增效。农业应用增产增收效果明显,试验示范多种作物增产在20%以上。
